By downloading, installing, or using Football OneTwo ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Football OneTwo is a mobile game in which players chain football (soccer) player names together. The App offers single-player and multiplayer game modes, daily challenges, leaderboards, and other features that may be updated from time to time.

3. User Accounts

You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Not share your account credentials with others.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
• Use automated systems, bots, or scripts to interact with the App.

• Exploit bugs or glitches for unfair advantage. Please report them to us instead.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — are the exclusive property of Football OneTwo and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on any part of the App without our prior written consent.

6. In-App Purchases

The App may offer in-app purchases. All purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Prices are subject to change. You are responsible for any charges incurred through your account, including purchases made by others with access to your device.

7. User Content

Any content you submit through the App (such as usernames or chat messages) must not be offensive, illegal, or infringe on the rights of others. We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Football OneTwo and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms in the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
